Start at the centre of your forehead, about half an inch above your eyebrows.
Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your head, passing just above your ears. Keep it level and untwisted.
The tape should sit comfortably where the cap’s sweatband rests. Keep it snug without pulling tight.
Match your measurement to the chart. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.
