How can I be sure the products I purchase are authentic?
We guarantee that all of our products are 100% authentic. We have direct relationships with the manufacturers of every product on our site. Each hat available on Dome Peace is sourced directly from the manufacturer and undergoes a thorough quality check before it is shipped to you.
What is Dome Peace's Return/Exchange policy?
All sales are final. As a small business, we currently lack the infrastructure to offer general returns or refunds. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we genuinely want to hear from you. Please contact us using the contact form or email and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.
How long will it take to receive my order after placing it?
Most orders placed before 10am ET, Monday to Friday, will be shipped within 48 hours. After your order has shipped, please allow 2-10 business days for delivery, depending on your chosen shipping method. You will receive an email with your tracking number on the day your order is shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I cancel an order?
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

What should I do if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
What if USPS marks my address as undeliverable?
Please double-check your address at checkout to ensure it's correct. If USPS is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, the package will be returned to Dome Peace. In this case, we will deduct shipping costs and apply a 10% restocking fee when processing your refund. We want to avoid this for you, so please verify all shipping details before completing your order.
My order was lost/stolen, what should I do?
Dome Peace is not liable for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address provided at checkout matches the delivery address. Once a package is successfully delivered, our responsibility ends, and misplaced packages are non-refundable. For questions or concerns regarding a stolen delivery, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
