How to measure
- Start at the centre of your forehead, about half an inch above your eyebrows.
- Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your head, passing just above your ears. Keep it level and untwisted.
- The tape should sit comfortably where the cap’s sweatband rests. Keep it snug without pulling tight.
- Match your measurement to the chart. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.
No measuring tape? Wrap a piece of string around your head, mark the length, then measure it with a ruler.
