How do I cancel an order?
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

What should I do if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
What if the delivery courier marks my address as undeliverable?
Please double-check your address at checkout to ensure it's correct. If the delivery courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, the package will be returned to Dome Peace. In this case, we will deduct shipping costs and apply a 10% restocking fee when processing your refund. Your refund will be in the form of store credit. We want to avoid this for you, so please verify all shipping details before completing your order.
My order was lost/stolen, what should I do?
Dome Peace is not liable for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address provided at checkout matches the delivery address. Once a package is successfully delivered, our responsibility ends, and misplaced packages are non-refundable. For questions or concerns regarding a stolen delivery, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
